I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Partnership building :
Identify and approach potential content partners, including YouTube creators and channels in music, film, lifestyle, travel, and more.
Build and execute partnership strategies to expand POPS' multi-channel network (MCN) and drive revenue growth.
Content building :
Provide strategic consulting on content development and channel growth to help partners reach wider audiences.
Strengthen POPS' reputation in the digital content industry by maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers, brands, and other stakeholders on platforms like YouTube.
II. JOB REQUIREMENT
Year 4th or Freshman in Marketing,
Digital Marketing, PR, Business Administration, Media, Social Media
Can intern for 3-6 months
Passionate and knowledgeable about social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Are deadline-driven, can thrive under pressure, and preferably have experience or a background in marketing.
Strong communication skills and a passion for working in a dynamic media environment Excellent persuasion and problem-solving abilities
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
A keen eye for trending content, entertainment news, and pop culture
Honest, transparent, and highly responsible in all tasks
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Well-groomed and presentable appearance
