HBC Nexus is a Vietnamese AI company building technology for national-scale problems:
• ESG Digital Platform - our core product. We help multinational corporations, factories and industrial park groups measure, manage and report their environmental, social and governance performance, meeting the growing demands of global buyers, investors and regulators. We also support local authorities in their digital transformation and green growth programs.
• EggVision - our AI research product that identifies the sex of chicken eggs before hatching, a breakthrough for sustainable poultry farming.
Our CEO holds a PhD in AI from the University of Florence (Italy) and has served as CTO and AI expert at several technology companies and corporations. He also leads AITI Institute (AI training & digital transformation consulting) and contributes to national policy advisory work on digital transformation.

🎯 THE ROLE
You will be the CEO's right hand, across business, education and policy work. Not a secretary. A thinking partner who delivers.
• Client meetings: The CEO meets leaders of multinational corporations, factories, large industrial park groups, investment funds and provincial authorities. Before each meeting, you research their ESG challenges, identify where our solutions fit, and prepare sharp questions. During the meeting, you listen, take notes and catch opportunities. After, you turn it into proposals and follow-up actions, fast.
• Research & analysis: Turn complex topics (ESG regulations, AI trends, markets) into clear briefs with recommendations.
• Documents: Proposals, slides, reports, training programs and policy papers, in English and Vietnamese.
• Execution: Follow up projects across HBC Nexus and AITI Institute, making sure decisions become results.

• Fluent English, spoken and written. You can present to a foreign client tomorrow.
• Sharp analytical mind. You structure messy problems and always land on a recommendation.
• AI-native. You use AI tools so well that you deliver the output of a 5-person team, and you verify everything, because accuracy is non-negotiable.
• Discreet and trustworthy. You will handle highly confidential information.
• Overseas education is a strong plus.
• Experience is NOT required. We hire for thinking and ability. We teach the rest.
