KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quality assurance & profitability for Tele-sales analysis
Implement structuring logics into different management levels of Tele-sales (internal, external services team, from TLS Supervisors to TLS Operators)
Verify efficiency in sales targets/ resource allocation plans/ TLS shift plans, FTE management
Monitor daily productivity & quality of Tele-sales to ensure they fulfill requirements: sales targets/ working shifts
Assess effectiveness of acquisition and cross-sell products/ procedures in Tele-sales.
Evaluate (operational) risk performance of Tele-sales
2. Tele-sales Business Intelligence
Analyze numerical data to identify the nature and trend of Tele-sales
Visualize data in Power BI for easy controlling purpose and understanding updated performance situation
3. Efficiency improvement analysis for Tele-sales
Implement and enhance innovative models/ policies/ processes to optimize efficiency in Tele-sales
Coordinate cross departments (CRM, Tele-sales Dialer team, IT, Process..) to explore any potential space to improve Tele-sales' efficiency
Implement and evaluate motivation/retention programs to enhance productivity
4. Bonus Calculation
Monthly/Quarterly calculate compensation for Tele-sales and relevant positions.
Analyze the compensation scheme and suggest solutions for improvement.
Model financial impact of compensation scheme for OPEX and change of compensation scheme
Other tasks assigned by line manager.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Economics-related, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, Finance,...
Experience in Data analytics and Efficiency Management is a plus.
Familiarity with Call Center operations, metrics and reporting is preferred
Have knowledge about database, query languages (SQL) and Visualization tool
Good at English verbal and written
Proficient in Word, Excel (Advanced), PowerPoint
