JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and order office supplies.
- Input data, stamp documents, and organize files.
- Store and print company documents.
- Receive and redirect incoming calls to the relevant departments.
- Receive and categorize mail sent to the company.
- Assist in organizing regular events: planning, selecting venues, contacting suppliers, etc.
- Perform other office tasks: replace equipment, coordinate repairs for machinery, office equipment, etc.
- Report daily and weekly work activities.
- Perform other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or recent graduate with an interest in Human Resources.
- Passionate about event planning and eager to learn.
- Must have conversational English skills.
- Available for full-time work.
