JOB DESCRIPTION
Source, screen, and match candidates to client requirements
Conduct candidate interviews and present qualified profiles to clients
Coordinate and manage interview processes
Drive recruitment assignments to successful placement within timelines
Ensure high service quality and client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
Open to all levels (Intern / Fresher / Junior / Experienced)
Interest in recruitment, HR, or sales
Strong sales mindset and willingness to achieve targets
Hard-working, resilient, and not afraid of challenges
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
