JOB DESCRIPTION
About you:
As an HR Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role within the ITC organization.
You will be the ambassador of ITC to promote the ITC brand to companies ranging from Startups to Fortune 500
Your work and actions will have a direct strategic impact on the performance of the company
You will work with the most influential minds in the digital world besides interacting with the entire HR & Supporting function Team of ITC
You will play a key role in a fast-growing organization - the more we grow, the more you grow
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing resumes, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Job posting, maintaining the job board on ITC official website and other Job posting websites E.g Boss, LinkdedIn, Liepin, and Shixiseng.
Maintain the company ATS system and follow ITC HR Process thoroughly.
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-quality candidates. Common candidate profiles include senior consultants, project managers/directors, developers, business/data analysts, etc.
Candidate database managing and expanding, maintaining ITC's current candidate profile. Constantly update the candidate status in internal applications.
Assist the HR Executive with the paperwork and interview coordination process. E.g. preparing the meeting minutes, and converting candidate's resume into the company's formal.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific positions. Support the screening, interview invitation, and arrangement.
Track and analyze market trends and industry developments to stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment practices.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and refine recruitment and consulting processes.
Assist with the HR Executive and Office Manager, support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
Proactive and highly responsible at work
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to have
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Knowledge of full cycle of recruitment process
HR background and related internship/work experience in HR fields would be a plus.
Related internship/work experience in headhunting would also make you to be more competitive.

About This Position:
This position is requiring a high level of proactivity and a self-driven mindset. In this role, your main goal is uniquely integrated between Pre-Sales, Production & Strategy Consulting delivering on our digital transformation services and communicating directly with the clients mainly in English. In addition, you will also help our Consulting team on their strategy proposals to win more deals.
We are a team of highly-proactive individuals that work seamlessly as a team, supporting one another for continuous growth and knowledge building. And such, we are looking for an A-player that can really contribute to the team with innovative ideas and strategic value.
Our services target APAC as the key market and other Asian markets such as Vietnam, Singapore, Hong Kong. Therefore, the channels that we're targeting can be different, but with a global outreach.
Responsibilities:
Build highly tailor-made & illustrative technical proposals to showcase our products and services to win the clients
Assist in preparing scope of work (SOWs), and bill of quantities (BOQs)
Work with IT team and Design team to clarify scope & requirements
Conduct market research to gather information and insights that strengthen proposal content
Collaborate with team members to enhance the visual representation of complex ideas.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to support the Pre-Sales team in strategic decision-making.
Use CRM and leverage data to generate sales & nurture existing clients
Other ad-hoc requests by management
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
As an A-player, you will be/have:
Great command of English (speaking, writing, listening, reading) to facilitate cross-border interactions and discussions
Current studying or final year in IT / Digital or relevant fields
Excellent attention to details / detailed-oriented
Ability to "translate" complex technology process / concepts into meaningful solutions that address business needs
Ability to efficiently create Keynote/PowerPoint presentations that are both visually pleasing and directly on-point.
Quick learner, adaptive to difficult digital concepts and workflows
Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
Versatile and open to different tasks & roles depending on the team's needs
Great team player, positive attitude with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced digital industry
Nice to have:
Basic understanding of:
Software development life cycle (SDLC).
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend concepts.
APIs and basic database knowledge (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
IT infrastructure fundamentals, including networking and servers.
Experienced with analytics tools (Excel, Advanced Excel, PowerBI, etc.)
Experienced with CRM tools (Insightly, Salesforces, SAP, etc.)
Experienced with diagram tools (Freeform, Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio)
Experienced with CMS platform (Drupal, WordPress, etc.)
Efficiency in visualization tools (Keynote, MS Powerpoint, Figma, Adobe Ecosystem, etc.)
