Working time: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday - Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Post job ads and screen potential resumes to identify suitable candidates for the open roles
Conduct phone interviews & send candidate summary reports to hiring managers
Schedule interviews with candidates and in charge of the offering process
Assist in organizing internal events and L&D activities at Adecco
Support with social insurance reports and relevant paper work
Draft up employment contract and appendix
Fill documents and input employee information
In charge of admin task for payroll procedure
Support other tasks following the arrangement of managers.
REQUIREMENTS
Good command of English (Especially in speaking & writing skills)
Initiative and problem solving skills
Effective communication & time-management
Have a can-do attitude & genuine interest in HRM
Knowledge of Negotiation skill; detail-oriented, good time-management/planning
