JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accounting operations:
Issuance and management of invoices
Reconciliation of payment/receipt records and accounting books
Handling of deposits and payments
2. Communication with accounting firms:
Collection and preparation of monthly accounting documents
Inquiries to accounting firms
- Preparation of documents to be submitted to the government
Correspondence for audits
3. Corporate administration:
Financial analysis and preparation of consolidated financial statements
Internal control check work
Support various corporate tasks required by a start-up company
REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of experience in accounting firms or similar position
English (business level), Vietnamese (business level)
PC skills (Word, Excel)
Flexible communication, detailed and careful work
