JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute marketing plans that align with business objectives, strategies, and goals;
Conduct market research, evaluate competitors' performance reports on software product development trends, and propose appropriate development directions;
Develop branding and corporate identity initiatives;
Deploy marketing advertising campaigns and develop brand image on social media;
Monitor marketing expenses and budgets;
Develop strategies and plan campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic;
Implement marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement;
Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage;
Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as needed;
Manage a team of marketing professionals and support staff, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed;
Other tasks in coordination with other departments or the CEO.
REQUIREMENTS
University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in marketing or as a marketing leader/manager, preferably in the IT industry.
Ability to plan, develop strategies, take initiative in coordinating and implementing work.
Fluency in English.
Skills in research, social media, email marketing, and implementing digital marketing channels.
Strong understanding of branding principles.
Ability to think strategically and analyze the market.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
