MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Mô tả công việc:
·
Xây dựng và triển khai
chiến lược marketing tổng thể theo mục tiêu kinh doanh của công ty.
·
Lập kế hoạch nội dung
và phát triển thương hiệu trên các nền tảng Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Podcast
và Website.
·
Quản lý, phân công và
kiểm soát tiến độ công việc của đội ngũ marketing.
·
Phối hợp cùng bộ phận
kinh doanh để triển khai các chiến dịch thu hút khách hàng tiềm năng.
·
Theo dõi, phân tích dữ
liệu và tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo, nội dung các kênh truyền thông.
·
Nghiên cứu thị trường,
đối thủ và xu hướng truyền thông trong lĩnh vực di trú, đầu tư định cư quốc tế.
·
Tham gia xây dựng hình
ảnh thương hiệu và thương hiệu cá nhân của Ban lãnh đạo (BoD).
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
·
Có kinh nghiệm từ 2
năm trong lĩnh vực marketing; ưu tiên ứng viên từng đảm nhiệm vị trí Leader
hoặc quản lý đội nhóm.
·
Có tư duy chiến lược,
khả năng lập kế hoạch và triển khai công việc rõ ràng.
·
Hiểu về content
marketing, social media, digital marketing và xây dựng thương hiệu.
·
Có khả năng quản lý đội
nhóm, giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc tốt.
·
Chủ động, trách nhiệm,
sáng tạo và có tinh thần hướng đến mục tiêu chung.
·
Có khả năng sử dụng tiếng
Anh là một lợi thế.
·
Ưu tiên ứng viên từng
làm việc trong lĩnh vực di trú, tài chính, bất động sản, giáo dục hoặc dịch vụ
cao cấp.
