Overview: This position is responsible to manage reception area and implement assigned Admin tasks.
Main duties:
1. Receptionist:
- Organize activities and design reception area professionally.
- Welcome guests.
- Recieve and transfer calls, information, documents to departments and employees.
2. Administrative & Clerical Management:
- Make Admin reports and other statistical ones upon request.
- Supply, control and manage demains: electicity, water, Internet, telephone, etc.
- Search suppliers, negotiate and manage the procurement of facilities, office requipments, stationery, drinking water, flowers, etc.
- Pay the administrative expenses.
- Arrange meeting rooms as required.
- Take care of hygiene issues, plants and flower in the office, especially the receptionist area.
- Supervise the work of cleaning staff.
- Book airtickets, hotels, golf courses on demand.
- Organizes internal events.
3. Car Rental Management:
- Car rental management ( Check monthly car rental fee )
4. Organizational development & staff management:
- Build a strong partnership with outside suppliers, partners.
5. Perform other duties as required by line manager & support some tasks relating to HR.
Performance expectations:
- Meet business requirements.
- Internal customers satisfactions.
Competencies:
- Planning and Organizing Skills.
- Negotiation Skills.
- Communication Skills.
Other Requirements:
- Education: Univ.Degree.
- Language: English.
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year.
- Female, good-looking.
Working time: 8h15 - 17h45 (Monday to Friday).
