POSITION TITLE : PLANNER INTERN
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clients Management:
Gather and analyze market data, competitors, and consumer behavior to develop deep insights.
Participate in developing and implementing marketing plans, communication campaigns, etc.
Responding to clients' questions quickly and effectively through all of our communication channels such as social media, phone and emails.
Be proactive in sourcing new clients besides Maido's customer data.
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
Monitor, evaluate campaign performance and report results to clients.
Internal Management:
Learning and understanding Maido's services and products to consult clients.
Supporting operations team and maintaining clients for AS (Account Senior) & AM (Account Manager).
Supporting AS & AM in data tracking to ensure that the data are always precise and fully provided to clients and GM (General Manager).
Supporting AS & AM in research data to implement clients' plans efficiently.
Support the management of small projects, track progress, and ensure that objectives are met.
REQUIREMENTS:
CV MUST INCLUDE THE DATE OF BIRTH.
An ideal candidate must be:
Roll-up-your-sleeve attitude and eagerness to learn.
Good communication, teamwork, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
Freshsers and undergraduates are welcome.
The comprehension of using a huge range of social media (FB, Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram), and AI tools (ChatGPT).
Expert in using Canvas, Capcut & others online apps.
Proficiency in crafting digital content for social media platforms and fundamental skills in setting social media advertisements such as Facebook, TikTok, and Shopee.
Working from Monday (offline) to Saturday (online).
