JOB DESCRIPTION
Work closely with suppliers and buyers, support with merchandiser for product
proposals and orders follow up.
In charge of production once order is confirmed, from labeling, packing, implement
buyer comments following each client request, PPS/Shipping sample on time
delivery, to production finishes.
Responsible for consistently tracking/monitoring product/order status.
Timely communication with Merchandiser to ensure smooth production.
Quality control.
REQUIREMENTS
University graduated or university year 4 student.
Detail, Honestly and friendly, willing to learn.
English 4 skills.
Critical thinking, propose solutions, most important: Open to Express Your Opinion.
Good at Excel, Outlook Office is mandatory, AI/3D design skill is a plus.
Good communication skill with the Team and Suppliers.
Results / deadlines minded.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Client Engagement and Needs Assessment:

3. Strategy Development Support:

4. Team Leadership:

Guide and mentor junior
business analysts on the team.

Oversee the consolidation of
research and findings from multiple analysts.
5. Presentation and Reporting:

Design and create comprehensive
reports detailing findings and recommendations.
·
Present findings to both
internal teams and clients in a clear and compelling manner.
6. Continuous Learning:
·
Stay abreast of latest trends,
tools, and best practices in retail and business analysis.
·
Attend relevant workshops,
webinars, and training sessions.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
·
Facilitate communication
between clients, internal teams, and any third-party vendors or partners.
Ensure
alignment of expectations and deliverables at every stage of the project. Gather

REQUIREMENTS
●
Master's degree in business
administration, information systems, or a related field
●
5+ years of experience in
business analysis with significant experience in the retail sector.

Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
●
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills
●
Ability to work independently
and as part of a team
●
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
●
Experience in using data
visualization tools
●
Experience in project
