JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilities
Work at a global service center:
receiving request from requestors, solve the issue, and confirm back by
JIRA ticket
Daily monitor Global performance by
a set up dashboard, send
reminder by emails, follow up and escalate if necessary
Create, update cost, revenue following agents'
request
Be proactive to dicuss with manager/
team leader to solve
any issue
Be creative to complete any task fast and
effectively
Willing to
help and back up colleagues
Strictly
follow job assignment to have good performance
REQUIREMENTS
I.
Education
and Experience requirements
College or above in Logistics or IT
Experience in CW1 system, JIRA is preferable.
Excellent in Microsoft office
The experience background for global forwarder
will be preferable.

Skills, Personality and Competencies for this position
Be patient, careful, responsible, ability to
work under pressure.
Be organization, able to find
information quickly when needed, critical thinking
Communication in both Vietnamese and English skills
is requested.
