Job Description
Dream Job Alert! Become a Import Operations Specialist (ID 20106) at a foreign-invested company and earn $750/month:
Import Operations Management: Manage end-to-end overseas import operations in Vietnam, including document swapping (D/O), customs clearance, and cargo pick-up coordination.
Clearance Exception Handling: Lead the resolution of various exceptions and issues arising during the import clearance process.
On-site Coordination: Responsible for on-site coordination and accompaniment during customs inspections and testing for import/export goods to ensure rapid problem resolution.
Certificate of Origin (C/O) Management: Solely handle the application, management, and filing of Vietnam Certificates of Origin (C/O).
Data Integrity & Archiving: Ensure all customs declaration data is accurately and promptly entered into the system; thoroughly verify and archive all supporting documentation.
Requirement
Male/female, under 30 years old.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Open to training inexperienced candidates who graduated with a degree specifically in Import-Export, Logistics, or related majors.
6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position for candidates with a degree in unrelated fields.
Good English reading comprehension, good Chinese communication skills.
