WE ARE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT (Attractive total income up to $1500)
We're looking for Vietnamese candidates to join our multicultural team as soon as possible. The Account Executive position is a great chance to learn an array of core business, customer service, and sales skills that will help shape my future in any job, any industry, and anywhere in the world.
What You Will Do
1. Advising (40%)
Advise on health and life insurance plans to inbound leads who are contacting us to buy insurance, including:
● Initial consultation and needs analysis
● Use our proprietary system to make quotes
● Explain quotes, and benefits and advise client with recommendations
● Follow up until deal is won or lost
● Sales sign-up, application forms, contracts and policy documents
● Ongoing support
● Find new business through own efforts, in addition to leads given
● Promptly contact any leads delegated to you
2. Customer Service (30%)
Act as the main point of contact for clients when they have any questions or need help during the policy year. Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.
3. Customer Relationship Management (30%)
Use our CRM system to build and maintain relationships with clients, including:
● Act as the main point of contact to clients when they have any questions or need help
● Delegate customer service work to our in-house customer service department.
● Use our CRM system to set tasks and reminders
● Policy administration for client's next payments and renewals
● Introduce new products to our clients and ask for referrals
What You Are Good At
Must have:
● Good English speaking and writing skills
● The ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
Nice to have:
● Degree in a field that involves business, communication and/or English
● Energetic, outgoing, and friendly
● Attention to details and organized
● Self-motivated and motivated by targets
● Persuasive and goal-oriented
● No insurance experience required, we'll train you!
