WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Develop and drive EVP strategies to strengthen organization reputation as an employer of choice, both internally and externally.
Plan and create compelling and consistent content pillars across company social media and external communication channels, in synergy with Corporate Communications team
Build relationship and partnership with universities, reputational organizations and bodies to foster impactful employer brand presence in recruitment events, career fairs for Early careers, networking opportunities for Mid-careers
Facilitate quality intake of Early-Career Recruitment Programs (Global Graduate Prorgrame, Battle of Minds)
Collaborate with the HR team to ensure highest level of employee experience through positive onboarding experience and engagement through leading globally-cascaded campaigns and events, with Wellbeing and D&I at core
Assist the organizational deployment of D&I agenda
Develop and drive Learning & Development offerings to address core development needs and critical skills
Plan, coordinate and facilitate locally/globally mandatory trainings with continuous improvement
Promote a culture of continuous learning by driving usage of internal resources, including digital learning platforms, mentoring and coaching initative, workshops.
Apply industry best practices and emerging trends, maintain relationships with external training providers to continuously improve our programs and offerings.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
Do you have strong understanding of HR functions?
CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
1-3 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employer Branding), or relevant experience
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels.
Familiarity with employer branding tactics and social media platforms
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
