Essentials to Succeed
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Eager to learn and gain real-world exposure to IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.
Strong attention to detail, with a sense of integrity and confidentiality when handling business or personal data.
A collaborative, can-do attitude - you're ready to help colleagues and learn from every challenge.
Previous experience with IT support or service desk tasks (through school projects or internships) is a plus.
