Support daily IT operations and act as the first point of contact for employee tech issues.
Assist in setting up laptops, user accounts, and access for new joiners - making sure they're ready to hit the ground running.
Help maintain IT devices, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and ensure all equipment is in good condition.
Keep the IT inventory organized and up to date.
Support employee offboarding by helping collect devices and manage account deactivation securely.
Contribute ideas to improve internal IT processes and enhance user experience.
Essentials to Succeed
Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
Eager to learn and gain real-world exposure to IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.
Strong attention to detail, with a sense of integrity and confidentiality when handling business or personal data.
A collaborative, can-do attitude - you're ready to help colleagues and learn from every challenge.
Previous experience with IT support or service desk tasks (through school projects or internships) is a plus.
