What we're looking for:

We are looking for Assistant Project Managers to help our clients operate and scale different parts of their growing businesses. As an Assistant Project Manager you'll be a general problem solver, collaborating with different teams at our client company and helping them with various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project planning sessions
• Coordinate meetings with client and external vendors
• Manage project progress and adapt work as required
• Ensure projects meet deadlines
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation
• Manage project risk and escalation as appropriate
• Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary
• Report on the implemented activities

Requirements:

• University Graduate, degrees in economics, administration, business or related fields. Fresh graduates are accepted
• Be proactive and timely support the team to ensure quality, accuracy and practicality of all tasks.
• Fluent proficiency in English across all four skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening
