Project Administrator Intern Full-Time 2024

Position Overview
As a Project Administrator Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities within TRG International.
You will work closely with project managers and team members to ensure the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in project administration and develop valuable skills in project management.
Please note: This is an unpaid internship.
What does a successful Project Administrator Intern look like?
Maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics management.
Track project progress and milestones, and report on key performance indicators.
Assist in the coordination of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and gather feedback.
Provide administrative support to the project team, including organizing files, managing emails, and handling inquiries.

What you need?
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
