2. The Role
We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy intern with a natural flair for social media and the ambition to grow as an influencer. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about content creation, brand storytelling, and digital culture.
As part of our newly launched social media channel for Lotte Daehong, you will serve as a communicator and on-screen presence - attending marketing events, capturing first-hand insights, and producing engaging content that resonates with today's audiences.
This is a hands-on opportunity to experience real-world
brand marketing across diverse industries, learn how to develop meaningful content strategies, and build your personal profile within a professional agency environment.
3. Roles & Responsibilities
Content Experience & On-Screen Presence
Attend and cover brand marketing events on-site, including celebrity interviews and behind-the-scenes reporting
Serve as a content influencer and on-camera presence for Daehong's newly launched social media channels
Participate in brand events and share authentic reviews and experiences through video content
Content Planning & Management
Plan and develop original content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Assist with uploading, scheduling, and monitoring content on social media fanpages and other digital touchpoints
Collaborate closely with the Creative team to ensure visual and copy assets align with platform-specific requirements
Reporting & Analysis
Collect data from digital tools (Google Analytics, Social Listening, Business Suite) to compile weekly and monthly performance reports
Monitor community sentiment and engagement, and promptly flag any issues or negative feedback to the team
Assist in preparing internal and client-facing status reports
4. Who You Are
Education
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related fields
University students with a strong interest in influencer marketing or content creation are welcome to apply
Available to work full-time (5 days/week) for a 3-6 month internship
Skills & Attribute
Digital-first mindset: A strong understanding of social media content - particularly on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
Camera-confident and outgoing: Comfortable appearing in social media content and engaging with audiences on screen
Growth mindset: Proactive and enthusiastic about learning new digital tools and technologies
Analytical skills: Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets)
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Nice to Have
Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or CapCut (video editing)
Prior experience managing a personal blog, TikTok channel, or online community
Language
Fluent in English (working proficiency required)
