The position reports
to the Project Owner and is responsible for supporting teams in the execution
of all aspects of primary market research and interacts with data collection
partners to ensure all tasks are conducted in a quality and timely manner. The
Junior Consultant will work on a case team with other consultants, taking
charge of a distinct aspect of the project. The candidate is expected to
optimize knowledge, applied experience and professional skills to promote best
practices throughout the organization.
Supporting teams in the execution
of all aspects of primary market research.
Interacting with data collection
partners to ensure all tasks are conducted in a quality and timely
manner.
Working with your team to
business problems in strategy, operations, and others if any.
Be responsible for data gathering
and analysis. Interview clients' customers, competitors, suppliers and
employers-work that will become the basis of the case
team's strategic recommendations.
Turn research and knowledge into
actionable plan to drive business development
Act as an internal point of
contact for development team whenever requirements need to be clarified
Participate in all business
development activities and business prototyping process
Support market research to
analyze market trends and perform competitor's analysis
Help create and maintain business
development documentation
Help document internal processes,
and schedule meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Fluent written and spoken
English
Fluent written and spoken
Vietnamese
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft
Office - particularly Excel
Effective and professional
communication skills
Professional teamwork skills, as
well as support and guidance
