Key Responsibilities
Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
Support consultants in managing candidate pipelines and updating recruitment systems.
Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate with the recruitment team for submissions.
Provide general administrative support related to recruitment activities.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Requirements
Diploma or Degree students/graduates in Business, HR, Engineering, or related fields.
Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong interest in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR consulting.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

Allowance: 4,000,000 VND/month

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for client requirements.
Provide career advice and market insights to candidates.
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and candidate placement.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback, and manage expectations on both sides.
Sales and Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client referrals.
Negotiate terms and conditions of business agreements with new and existing clients.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Key Requirements:
Open for fresh graduate/internship opportunity.
Good communication in English (must).
Proven experience in recruitment or sales roles.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices (advantage).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
Proactive and results-driven with strong negotiation skills.
