JOB DESCRIPTION
Role
and Responsibilities
A Sales Manager is
the person who is responsible for leading an organization's sales team in:
- Overseeing sales,
promotions and campaigns in all channels.

Planning and directing the hiring and training of new
Sales Representatives.

Advising distributors and dealers on standard policies of
company.
- Cooperating and working
well with MDs in retail channels.

Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
-
Identifying potential markets to find new sales
opportunities
- Reporting directly to General
Director
- Other required tasks assigned
by General Director.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- College or university graduation.
- Must be English speaker
- Minimum 5 years of Retails Sales experience. Prefer experience in distribution of children's toys items.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to lead and supervise sales teams.
- Identifying and recruiting sales talent.
- Competency in coaching and mentoring sales representatives.
- Effective negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to be able to analyze important sales data and use it to make vital sales decisions.

- Working hours: Monday to Friday ( 8am - 5pm)
- Gross salary : 20 million + incentive based on sales revenue (will discuss further in the interview).
