JOB DESCRIPTION
Vietnamese Language Garden is looking for:
OFFICE ASSISTANT (Full-time Job)
At least 1-year working commitment.
1.Job Description:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing the filing system, recording information as needed, helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into a database.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Assist the CEO in marketing campaigns, managing offices, staff (teachers).
- Coordinate the teacher's schedule.
- Managing Websites, Facebook, and other PR activities.
- Dealing, meeting and working with customers, students, suppliers.
- Oversee all activities of the school.
- Report weekly to the CEO.

+ Working hour: 8am - 5pm from Monday to Friday in the office in D1.
+ Working date: as soon as possible.
+ Salary during the probation time: 6,000,000 VND (1 month)
+ Net salary: 8,000,000 VND/month + Bonus + 13th salary + Healthcare + 15 days off with full payment.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirement:
- Excellent in communication in English both speaking and writing.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or 4th Year students. Prefer candidates who graduated from English Linguistics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Experienced or Non-experienced.
- Having your own transportation and willing to go out to meet customers, suppliers, Governors, networking, etc..
- Knowing other languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, or Chinese is an advantage.
- Willing to take challenges and learn new things at work.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Honest and be responsible for the work.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
