Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to execute all operations of the accelerator, taking a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the program's success.
Responsibilities:
Run the accelerator program end-to-end, including but not limited to program planning, marketing events, curriculum adaptation, and accompanying the startups throughout the different stages of the program from onboarding to graduation.
Engage with startup founders 1:1 to understand the biggest roadblocks to their success. You are also creative in finding solutions to help them overcome those roadblocks while leveraging investors and mentors to help.
Together with the other team members, drive community engagement by planning and executing events for the in-program startups, and alumni.
Implement and ensure the successful delivery of the program, including optimizing startup engagement and measuring startup satisfaction.
Keep track of program data and batch information, and report on accelerator activity on a regular basis.

B. Operations Management

This role will develop and own business-critical processes and will partner with senior leaders throughout the organization to drive key business initiatives. Responsibilities:
Manage essential elements of WSAFE's financial planning & analysis process, including building and maintaining forecasts in connection with the annual operating plan, the long-term strategic plan, and periodic forecasts
Analyze and interpret data to help decision-making across the business and improve financial and operational strategy
Develop and present analyses and reports on key financial and operating metrics and performance indicators, translating them into actionable business strategy
Collaborate with Accounting to review and interpret financial results and communicate them to key stakeholders, such as executives and the Board of Directors
Prepare presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors and provide analyses and recommendations to assist with strategic decision-making
Own analyses that support growth such as forecasting, go-to-market strategy formulation, category/channel performance measurement, and partnership negotiations
Identify and execute process improvements and cost efficiency measures across the company
Establish new processes that enable the company to scale efficiently
Assist in the evaluation of strategic investments and initiatives by performing ROI analyses

D. Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant to oversee in Accounting, Finance & Tax related matters and proactively identify issues
Responsibilities:
Guide, follow & control the operation of Accounting in compliance with accounting, and tax policies.
Prepare the financial report, audit report, management report, budget and tax report to sure that exactly and on time.
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end
Build, and guide all of the processes for Accounting to be sure for controlling all of the activities of Accounting that comply with the the policy of company.
Apply the risk management system/process of Accounting and Tax in company.
Organize and guide for storing the accounting documents as Law.
