Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities (Detailed Job function description)/ Trách nhiệm ( Mô tả chức năng công việc)
► Receive the information.
Take booking instructions from customers/ CSKWE/ KWE Oversea efficiently and professionally ensuring that:
Acknowledge the scope of work from customers
The documents and information are correct, unify and accurate
All the documents must align with the declaration criteria on a CDS
► Declare VNACCS
Monitor all the steps of Customs declaration til the CDS liquidation
Keep the customers informed of any changes to the product/schedule of the original booking.
Review the database of the CDS
Check the Legalities of the commodity: if the commodity control by the government by import/export license, immediately inform our customer.
Input data on the VNACCS
► Documentation
Timely action and update the information to the customer for the customs clearance process
► Customers
Respond promptly to internal/external customer queries.
Advise and update the regulation to Customers
► Email
· Monitoring of email, replying to messages and acting on information relayed where necessary within 24 hours of the initial inquiry being received.

Education & Experience/ Trình độ và kinh nghiệm
Education degree (such as college, university, or high school...)
Tertiary qualifications with relevant work experience or knowledge of forwarding, logistics industry processes, and practices with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the same industry.
Knowledge of KWE's products and services.
Experience in using the system for bookings, documentation, shipping document insurance, and intranet.
Experience with all aspects of operation procedures.
Skill/ Capacity/ Kỹ năng/ Năng lực
Proficient in PC skills and the business systems relevant to the position to enable the identification of operational problems.
English skills in communicating by speaking, writing, listening, and reading.
Being able to work under high pressure.
