, we're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Governance & Compliance Intern
to join our Governance & Compliance team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to global standards such as GDPR, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001 while supporting business excellence across the organization.
What You'll Do
Compliance & Governance Support
Assist in reviewing, updating, and maintaining company policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
Support compliance monitoring activities across different departments.
Help identify and document compliance gaps and improvement opportunities.
Audit & Certification Support
Assist in preparing documents and evidence for internal and external audits.
Support ongoing compliance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
Participate in audit preparation, reporting, and follow-up activities.
Documentation Management
Maintain compliance records, audit evidence, and controlled documents.
Ensure documentation is properly organized, updated, and version-controlled.
Support the governance team in preparing reports and compliance responses.
Training & Awareness
Assist in creating training materials related to governance, compliance, and information security.
Support internal communication and awareness campaigns.
Help promote a culture of integrity, responsibility, and compliance throughout the organization.
Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives.
Contribute ideas to enhance compliance practices, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Who We're Looking For
Final-year students or fresh graduates in: Law, Business Administration, Information Systems, Quality Management, Information Security, Or other related disciplines,,
Strong interest in Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, or Data Privacy.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Analytical thinking and a willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Available for a minimum internship period of 4-6 months.
