[HCM] E-COMMERCE PRODUCT CONTENT EXECUTIVE

Product Content Management
- Own end-to-end product listing lifecycle across Aeoneshop and marketplaces (Grab, Shopee, TikTok).
- Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness of product information (images, descriptions, pricing, attributes, compliance documents).
- Upload new SKUs in alignment with Merchandising guidelines and campaign timelines.
- Optimize product listings using SEO best practices (keywords, titles, descriptions) to improve search visibility and conversion rate.
- Maintain proper product categorization, tagging, and navigation structure to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams (MD, Marketing, Supplier) to ensure on-time product readiness for campaigns.
- Monitor and continuously improve content quality based on performance metrics (CTR, CVR, traffic).
- Work closely with IT/PO teams to enhance system efficiency and resolve content-related issues.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on product performance and content optimization progress.
Campaign & Commercial Execution
- Coordinate campaign setup across platforms, ensuring timely go-live and full SKU readiness.
- Align product content with campaign mechanics (pricing, bundles, promotions).
- Support campaign execution by ensuring visual and content consistency across channels.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Marketing and Operations to maximize campaign visibility and sales impact.
- Support livestream, photoshoot, and promotional events when required.
