- Brand Identity Management: Maintain and evolve the brand's visual language. Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines (fonts, colours, tone of voice).
- Digital Visual Creation: Design high-performing assets for
digital marketing channels, including Facebook/TikTok ads, website banners, and UI elements.
- Offline & POSM Design: Create layouts for print materials such as brochures, backdrops for events, standees, and point-of-sale materials (POSM) for retail stores.
- Multimedia Support: Basic photo retouching and short-form video editing (for TikTok/Reels) to support the branding team.
- Production Oversight: Collaborate with printers and vendors to select materials and ensure the final physical output matches the digital design quality.
- Internal Communication: Design internal presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote) and employer branding assets to support HR and Corporate events.
Experience: 2 years of experience as a Graphic
Designer (In-house experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Retail is a major plus).
Skills & Knowledge:
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects & Premier Pro).
- Knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for basic motion graphics/video editing.
- Experience with Figma or Canva for collaborative digital projects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean aesthetic, layout skills, and the ability to work within a specific brand style.
- Strong typography and layout skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Understanding of print production processes (color profiles, bleed, materials).
- Soft Skills: Open to feedback, detail-oriented, and a proactive "problem-solver" mindset.
