Lixibox is a full-stack one-stop omnichannel solution for luxury affordable beauty brands, funded by well-known Silicon Valley investors. The company focuses on optimizing operations by leveraging in-house agency and technology solutions to bring effective brand launching for end consumers.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our daily HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment for intern roles and store staff positions. This role will also assist with general administrative tasks and employee onboarding activities.
I. RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Recruitment (60-70%)
Post job openings for Intern and Store Staff positions across recruitment platforms (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, job boards, university channels, etc.).
Screen CVs, contact candidates, and arrange interviews.
Conduct initial phone screenings for entry-level and intern positions under guidance.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
Assist in preparing weekly recruitment status reports.
B. HR & Administrative Support (30-40%)
Support in preparing internship agreements and basic HR documentation.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures for new hires.
Help manage office supplies, documents, and equipment inventory.
Assist in monitoring attendance for store staff (if required).
Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team
II. REQUIREMENTS:
University student in year 3-4 or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong communication skills; proactive and willing to learn.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible.
Basic proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Interest in pursuing a career in HR is a plus.

IV. BENEFITS:
Internship allowance: 26,000 VND/hour;
Lunch support: 35,000 VND/day for full-day attendance;
