To accelerate the international
success of Vietnamese companies, the Dutch Business Association Vietnam, has
been granted subsidy to execute a three-year program to guide selected SMEs in
their international growth: the Ready to Export (R2E) program. We are looking
for a Programme
Manager to execute this private sector development
programme.

The goals of this project are to:
enhance the capacity of Vietnamese
SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) to become long term value chain partners
of The Netherlands Foreign Direct Investors (FDI) and Multinational Enterprises (MNE) so that The
Netherlands businesses will have reliable competitive Vietnamese SME trade
partners.
help selected Vietnamese SME to be
successful in their expansion, both internationally and as a value chain
partner for FDI and MNE (Multinational Enterprises) companies.

Responsibilities Project Manager
·
Overseeing
and coordinating the project;
·
Organising
events related to the project in accordance with the work plan
·
Engaging
with al internal and external stakeholders related to the project, ensuring
maximized output and spin-off
·
Ensuring
that a programmatic approach is taken up on training, mentoring and sustainability
aspects of the project;
·
Ensure
progress reports and the underlying financial accountability are timely and
correctly delivered;
·
Successfully
executing all project activities as elaborated in the project proposal
·
Any
other tasks deemed necessary to achieve the project objectives

Education
·
University
or academic degree, preferably in economics or development studies; or another
relevant field;
·
3
years of accumulated work experience in project management or project
coordination

Language
·
Verbal
and written fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Dutch and/or
Vietnamese are preferred.

Contract details
·
Duration:
a 12-month contract, after 2 month probation
·
Salary
indication is ±10.000 USD gross on full time basis in the first year with
growth opportunities after the first year.

Start
date is February 01, 2022.
·

will be stationed in Ho Chi Minh City at DBAV's office (Saigon
Sofitel Plaza)
