Sales Admin Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
To setup and monitor agents and clients' database for Sales Department.
To administer filling system of Sales Agreement & Agency Agreement.
To prepare and follow up sales documentation, including but not limited to the following:
+ Offer letter and invitation letter.
+ Sales Agreement & Agency Agreement.
+ System of regulations, procedures and all kind of administration forms.
To follow up on client payments, installments and payment collection.
To prepare and submit sales report to management in time.
Other related duties as assigned by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess a Bachelor's Diploma.
Minimum 0-3 years working experience in Sales & Marketing area, preferably in real estate, insurance business.
EXPERIENCE / SKILL REQUIRED :
Being honest, tidy, result-oriented, representable and careful, detail focus.
Able to write and read English.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Effective communication, organization, and reporting skills.
Possession of a real estate brokerage certificate is a plus.
BENEFITS
Probation: 2 months with 100% salary.
SI Distributions: 100% salary.
Working time: 8h30-17h30 (Mon-Fri), 8h30-12h30 (Sat).
Benefit: Medical allowance yearly.

Customer Service Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION
Perform daily routine counter service operation duties.
Answer incoming calls and attend to customer/ agent's queries.
Accept purchase order and key-in customer's details into system.
Accept payment collection in different modes of payment such as by
cash, cheque and credit card.
Prepare Official Receipts for daily payment collections.
Process sales confirmation and distribution of documents to
respective departments.
Handle lot enquiries, lot reservations, change lot, cancellation
cases, transfer of ownership/ entitlement, update customer address and contact,
and others.
Update system for changes in purchase/ purchaser's information.
Record sales into Sales Day Book daily.
Liaise with Site Office on products File No. issuance.
Arrange for transfers of items to Site Offices and check documents
received from Site Offices.
Liaise with relevant offices pertaining to counter service job
tasks and data entry error corrections.
Keep track of sales materials, forms and control of stock like
Purchase Orders.
Other related duties as assigned by HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess
a Bachelor's Diploma/ Business Admin or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Customer Service, Sales & Marketing area, preferably in real
estate, insurance business.
