Mô tả công việc
C&B Task (60%):
Process monthly attendance records, track annual leave days, overtime, and compensatory leave.
Calculate and process payroll/salary payments accurately and on time each month.
Handle and monitor tasks related to Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance (SHUI).
Conduct tax-related procedures such as registering tax codes and dependents for employees, and handling personal income tax (PIT) finalization.
Manage and update employee databases, organize and store Probation Contracts, Labor Contracts, Decisions, and other related documents.
Prepare and promptly handle necessary reports on labor status for the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (DOLISA), PIT reports, and other periodic labor/social insurance-related reports as required by law.
Review and propose improvements to the company's and HR Department's processes, procedures, and policies.
Manage and update organizational charts and the company's job title system in alignment with company policies.
Recruitment (30%):
Handle the full recruitment process: create plans, prepare job descriptions (JD), post job openings as per company requirements, schedule interviews, screen and evaluate candidates, etc.
Prepare and send offer letters to employees, welcome and guide them on their first working
Others (10%):
Support in ideation, planning, and organizing internal events and team-building activities to foster company cohesion.
Manage employee parking cards, oversee office supplies, and handle various other administrative tasks.
Other task as required

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 year of experience as an HR Generalist (experience in e-commerce companies is preferred).
Communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
Strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
