1. Legal task
1.1 Policies / Procedures development and compliance monitoring
● Assist in establishment and development of the Company's internal policies / regulations.
● Play an active role in monitoring compliance with the policies / regulation within the Company.
● Propose amendments to Company's internal policies/procedures to align with update of applicable laws.
1.2 Licensing and government affairs
● Prepare application for approval / certificate / licenses including enterprise registration certificate, investment certificate, trading license.
● Take care of registration for intellectual property for the Company.
● Liaise with authorities to submit applications, provide clarifications and handle challenges.
1.3 Legal / Compliance advisory and corporate governance.
● Being secretary of Board of Management; draft and review decisions / regulations of BOM's and General Meeting of Shareholders; prepare documents for the meeting of Board of Management.
● Support other departments in drafting and reviewing other legal documents; playing an active role in overseeing the legal compliance of the other departments to timely propose appropriate preventive actions.
● Assist in reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements.
● Provide legal updates relevant to the business operation of the Company.
● Provide clarifications on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.
● Provide legal trainings for other business teams.
2. Admin task
● Updating and sending monthly legal News to Departments of Company.
● Controlling the borrow and return the original legal documentation.
● Provide high quality translation from English to Vietnamese and vice versa of contracts, other Company's legal documentation.
● In charge of legal documents and files to be classified, kept and managed inside the Company.
● Carry out administrative works of Legal department.
