Your Impact
As a Communication Intern, your work will help share the stories and achievements of young trainees
who are building a better future through vocational training.
Your creative content will support the visibility of LBF's mission and help connect the program with the
wider community.
Key Responsibilities
1. Graphic design for training programs
Design promotional materials for student activities & events (brochures, infographics, banners,
flyers, posters, etc.).
Create visuals and graphics for Facebook posts.
Ensure visuals align with LBF branding and communication style.
2. Content creation for social media & marketing
Write engaging content about training programs, student activities, success stories, events, and
project activities.
Assist in managing Facebook content, including scheduling posts, writing captions, and
suggesting hashtags.
Edit and refine content to align with LBF's mission and storytelling approach.
3. Multimedia production (Photo & Video)
Capture photos and record videos of student activities & events.
Edit short video clips for Facebook and other digital platforms.
Support the creation of simple promotional videos.

Digital marketing & advertising support
Support the team in running Facebook Ads campaigns to promote training programs, student
recruitment, events and activities.
Assist in preparing visuals and captions for advertising campaigns.
Monitor basic advertising performance (reach, engagement, conversions).
Suggest simple improvements to increase campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Students or recent graduates in Communication, Marketing, Media, Graphic Design or related
fields.
Able to commit to a 6-month internship.
Available to work at least 2 days per week (10:00 - 17:00).
Preferred Skills
Experience using Canva or graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom is a
plus).
Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools).
Basic photography skills.
Strong writing ability and creative mindset.
Good English reading and writing skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day (6 hours)
