The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensuring that all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget. They are responsible for overseeing all marketing activities and ensuring that they align with the company's overall goals and objectives, including the CX (customer experience). Responsible for designing the customer journey and experience across all touchpoints, including physical locations, websites, mobile apps, and customer service channels. They work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

Develop and execute marketing plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Manage the marketing team and ensure that all marketing activities are executed on time and within budget.
Oversee all marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, social media, and content marketing.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the customer journey.
Design the customer journey and experience across all touchpoints, including physical locations, websites, mobile apps, and customer service channels.
Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
Represent the marketing team to senior management and other stakeholders.
Responsible for developing and implementing retention and loyalty marketing strategies to improve customer retention and increase loyalty.
Collaborate with Ops and GSA to identify and address customer pain points and improve the overall customer experience.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention and loyalty.

WHO YOU ARE ?

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing.
Strong understanding of marketing strategy and planning.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Capillary or with other CRM and loyalty platform software.
