Responsibilities
Community:
Exploring and supporting potential sellers from public ecommerce communities or social media groups, engaging them in TikTok seller community group with related engagement activities.
Managing merchandise and gifts for internal and external activities.
Others:
Supervise & capture department reports.
Data processing to collect insights for seller engagement on social media and other channels.
Research the activities of any eCommerce Platform to get useful insight for the purpose.
Other obligations and duties which are assigned by the team
Education:
Support the team to monitor offline education activities.
Support engagement activities for boosting webinar attendance rate.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Actively enrolled university student who is able to work full-time for at least 6 months.
Experience in using basic video creation & design software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustration, Cap cut.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, eager to learn, hard-working & proactive attitude.
Open-minded attitude, efficient and enjoying a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in problem-solving and time management, can work under pressure.
Comfortable working with data.
