JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a driven individual who is interested in applying their passion in a fast-paced, startup environment as our Sales Development Representatives.
It's a young team here. Young, hungry, and maybe foolish. That's what makes us so dangerous. We do have a team of amazing investors and advisors backing and supporting us though - they fuel our growth not just with cash but also guidance and mentorship. These are people you will get to learn directly from too.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
Source prospective companies utilizing various methods including social media channels, networking, direct sourcing, etc
Cold-calling and emailing companies to introduce Glints services and arrange meetings
Follow and support business development team meetings

REQUIREMENTS
6 months - 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
Good communication skill
Quick learner and comfortable with talking to people
Relentless & resourceful in surfacing potential candidates
Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment
Excellent communicator and listener
Responds well to feedback. No egos here!
