Get to know the role:
Supporting procurement function of our Company to purchase products and services from different vendors, helping the Company get the best value for the product and services purchased at the best interest of the Company.
Responsibilities:
Identify potential suppliers and manage internal stakeholder and suppliers' expectation relating to all purchase requirements of the Company;
Maintain records of purchasing, pricing quotation and other reporting data;
Support to develop plans for all purchase requirement of the Company;
Ensure that all purchases are for the benefit of the Company upon to specific requirement of each request;
Maintain and update a list of suppliers, their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development; and
Other tasks relating to procurements.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor or college's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in Procurement, Sourcing (with the focus on purchasing goods and materials relating to POSM, Promotional Items)
Skill/ Knowledge:
Supplier Management
Negotiation skill
Proficient computer skills
Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Attitude:
Hardworking, honest, responsible, team-player.
