Recruitment & HR Operations (70%)
Support Talent Acquisition team for interview arrangement if requested
Support end-to-end process of staff movement (onboarding/termination) to receive/deliver social insurance book/health insurance card between staff & vendor
Conduct vetting check for pre-onboarding process.
Ensure mandatory documents deliver to and submitted from new hire on time and correctly
Support in on-boarding process by delivering welcome packages and prompt assistance as needed
Maintain profiles of both FTEs and interns on paper and digital folders

Employer Branding (10%):
Coordinate to delivery material(s) for employer branding content (including external and internal job postings for further review)
Support to execute and perform administrative tasks for careers days/fairs/seminars.
Engagement Activities (10%):
Support supervisor with administrative tasks from pre-to-post events, ensure events are delivered on time with good message & image
Support other functions as assigned.
Learning & Development (10%):
Support supervisor with administrative tasks from pre-to-post events
Prepare training communication to target audience
Track training attendance & evaluation.
Other tasks upon request & assignment from Mentor.
Requirements:
3rd, 4th year student, preferably in a related field
Detail-oriented and supportive mindset
Willing to learn attitude
Good command of English
