What You Will Do
Update and maintain employee master data and HR systems
Prepare, organize, file offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents
Manage employee records and ensure accurate, well-structured documentation
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Assist employees with inquiries related to compulsory insurance, personal income tax, internal IT systems, and general HR matters
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal activities
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the
HR ManagerWho You Are
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Strong English communication and writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
A quick learner with a proactive, can-do mindset
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and responsible
Full-time availability and early start date are preferred
