THE ROLE
Organize Culture and core technologies activities: Core values, core technologies (Enrollment, Generating Breakthrough)
Be a facilitator for internal sessions.
Internal Corporate Communication: All-hands meeting, lead Mekong Culture Cultivator.
Follow up and support culture plan to implement at our investee companies.
Coordinate with internal T&C for employee experience and Six Force.
Coordinate with T&C Coachsultant about the Culture plan.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Experience:
Have experience as Trainer and Coach for Personal & Senior Positions.
Fluent in English
Confident, love to Social Life & Fearless
Open, coachable
