Mô tả công việc
Sale mindset and Never Give Up Hand all of the job of function
Search and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and send shortlists to clients.
Arrange interviews for clients and candidates.
Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties.
Assist the client with job placement.
Ensure self-targets and team targets are achieved.
Build and maintain a good relationship with candidates for marketing insight.
Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates.
Database development and enrichment, including client and candidate databases
Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc.

Yêu cầu
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
Customer service oriented.
Ability to work independently with a high sense of responsibility.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines. Experience in Telesales within the Restaurant and Hospitality industry, with a passion for Telesales and a strong interest in recruitment.
