Support recruitment sourcing activities by managing candidate pipelines and maintaining an updated talent pool database
Track and monitor recruitment data, ensuring candidate information is accurate, complete, and well-organized
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze sourcing performance, including candidate conversion rates, source effectiveness, and hiring trends
Assist in evaluating existing sourcing channels and explore potential new channels to attract qualified candidates
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns by tracking results and measuring effectiveness
Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and provide data-driven support for recruitment planning
Yêu cầu
Final-year students or fresh graduates, available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition
Good Excel skills, including functions such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF, FILTER, Pivot Table, etc.
Interested in recruitment analytics, sourcing strategy, and workforce planning
Good English communication skills
