Responsible for driving talent acquisition activities for ACFC's Fashion Retail business, covering both Front-Office and Back-Office functions. Act as a strategic recruitment partner to Hiring Managers and stakeholders, ensuring the right talents are identified and acquired to support the Company's business growth and long-term talent needs.
Partner with Hiring Managers and Department Heads to understand manpower needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment plans for assigned positions;
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination;
Handle recruitment for various functions across Front-Office and Back-Office, supporting ACFC's portfolio of international fashion and lifestyle brands such as Nike, Levi's, Tommy Hilfiger, and other brands;
Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions, particularly for Retail and business-critical functions across nationwide operations;
Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job platforms, social media, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and direct sourcing, to attract qualified candidates;
Provide talent market insights, salary benchmarks, hiring recommendations, and recruitment solutions to support
business leaders in making effective hiring decisions;
Ensure recruitment targets are achieved in terms of quality, timeline, hiring efficiency, and candidate experience;
Maintain and develop candidate databases and talent pools to support current and future hiring needs;
Contribute to ACFC's Employer Branding and Talent Attraction activities through recruitment campaigns, social media content, university partnerships, career fairs, networking events, and other talent engagement initiatives;
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, identify hiring trends and challenges, and recommend initiatives to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate quality;
Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate experience in line with ACFC's business needs and employer brand;
Support recruitment projects and other Talent Acquisition initiatives as assigned by the Line Manager.
Your Skills and Experience
Education
Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, or related fields.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment;
Experience in Fashion Retail, Retail, Consumer Goods, Distribution, FMCG, or other fast-paced commercial environments is preferred;
Professional Knowledge & Skills
Good understanding of the Retail/Fashion Retail talent market and recruitment landscape;
Strong end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills;
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders;
Proactive talent sourcing and talent pipeline-building capabilities;
Good analytical, planning, and recruitment project management skills;
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment;
Good understanding of Employer Branding and recruitment marketing is an advantage.
