JOB DESCRIPTION:
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Employer Branding (15%)
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
- Support tasks related to employer branding strategy
Others (5%)
- Others tasks as assigned within responsibilities of HR Departments
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) at any field with passion to build career path in Talent Acquisition/ HR
Skill & Knowledge:
• Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks and using tools to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
Experience:
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Prefer recruitment experience in marketing service field or having background from headhunt agency
