What You'll Do
Provide high-quality, creative, and analytical customer support for e-commerce projects - going beyond copy-paste templates to deliver real consulting-level assistance.
Design and execute flexible customer operations tailored to diverse product categories and customer wants.
Proactively respond to frequent changes in platform policies and optimize support flows accordingly through self-driven analysis.
Collect and report relevant information such as product details, competitor CS strategies, and platform operational updates to help improve support strategy.
Follow up with the team to obtain comprehensive sales supporting documents (Contracts, Liquidation, Invoice, prepare payment & PO for KOL, clients etc.)
Support other tasks assign by line manager
Who You Are
A recognized University Degree
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills in customer interaction scenarios.
Ability to proactively gather and synthesize information and design optimal customer support operations.
Native-level Vietnamese and business-level English communication skills
Self-driven attitude with the flexibility to adapt to a fast-changing environment
Prior experience in customer support or e-commerce operations (including internships or part-time roles)
Experience in creating manuals, improving FAQs, or driving operational improvements
Market research or customer insight analysis experience
Interest in the Japanese market or national brand operations
