What You Will Do
Research the market and invite the potential YouTubers/creators to join the network together with your manager
Maintain the relationship and contribute to the growth of YouTubers/Creators together with your manager
Promote the multi-channel network brand in the industry and create an inviting environment for new YouTubers/creators together with your manager
Work closely with your line manager on acquiring the creators, analyzing market, and cooperation creating the strategy for business growth
Supporting other teams as needed
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Ability to identify and facilitate the growth of potential YouTubers / creators
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
Good in communicating with YouTubers/creators directly to invite YouTubers/creators to join the network and maintain good relationships
Extroverted, sales-like experience or interest
Great at communication and convincing either in Vietnamese or English
Good presentation skills
Growth-mindset. Hungry to achieve together and accomplish something great.
Creative problem solving; knows how to negotiate or respond to questions despite the unknown.
